DREAMING NEW WORLDS
The LEO-AQUARIUS FULL MOON reaches its peak on July 25 (9:37pm EDT) and July 26 (2:37am GDT). What is my role, asks Leo, in this or that Aquarian group, community, or circle of people? Though this Full Moon is not eclipsed like the last one, it is another in a continuing series of power-charged Moons. Every New and Full Moon well into the New Year is weaving the current cardinal pattern deftly into our monthly rhythms. Get your dancing shoes on.
CARDINAL CHALLENGE
Every time, now, that the Moon or a planet enters the early degrees of the cardinal signs, it channels "down home and personal" the transformational energy pattern that is changing us and our world.
In CAPRICORN, PLUTO is emerging from the deep bedrock beneath the surface of the Earth, re-shaping the geometrics, measurements, structures and systems of how we live on our home planet. The Moon tuned into this serious business at hand on Friday and Saturday, just before this Full Moon. Were you feeling it?
In ARIES, URANUS has set off fireworks that reverberate like a thunderous wake-up alert. The Moon is in this sign July 30 into August 2, setting off the rather wild opposition developing between Uranus/Jupiter in Aries and Saturn/Mars in Libra.
In LIBRA, SATURN has just stepped back up for its full on 2 1/2 year transit of this sign of The Scales, signaling developments in relationship and dialogue as we seek a balance approved by Maat, the Egyptian Goddess of Divine Order.
MARS on the 29th,
then VENUS on August 7,
and the MOON on August 13-14 join Saturn and evoke the personal emotional impact of taking responsibility for our choices and actions, honoring the balance of the male-female dynamic within and without. Expect major activity on the relational front. Choices being made and implemented, directed most harmoniously by the truest values that we most dearly cherish minus romantic illusions and unfair expectations. We start moving toward that moment now. What are you basing your daily decisions and activities on? Flag those dates, especial the 13-14 for significant dialogue, relational highlights and to make decisions. It's a tipping point. We've got a full and dynamic agenda as we head into August. Saturn and Uranus are exactly opposite each other on the Equinox cusps on the 26th, just following this Full Moon, and again (already!) on August 16. That's dicey, spicy stuff. See how many dates in August have been mentioned here, with an unusual stellium in Libra.
If you are an early Libra born in September, or are born in 1945 during a similar multi-planet line-up in that sign, it may be time for an astro-special tune up, along with early Cancers, Capricorns and Aries. Persons with an early Libran generational planets are feeling the pressure and the promise: Neptune, late 1942-1948; Uranus, late 1968-1971, and Pluto, 1971-1974.
Looking ahead to map out the territory for other potent turning points, we find that the Full Moon on Equinox day, September 23, will strike the gong. The Full Moon on December solstice eve is a total eclipse. Crossing into 2011 we find a stellium in the opposite sign of Aries in April-May that refers back to current choices we are making.
Another special feature of this Full Moon pattern is
MERCURY OPPOSITE NEPTUNE
at the far edge of Aquarius, a cuspy hub of electrical elusivity (a new word is called for!), stimulating dreams and imagination and, most likely, some anxiety or paranoia. Don't buy into the distorted clouds. Look for the rainbows and sooth yourself with bodywork, uplifting colors, music, poetry. Expect your dream life and intuition to be stimulated. Daydream time is called for, as your mind needs downtime—turn that TV and/or computer OFF for non-electrical rest moments. You don't want others to be coloring your dream book. The ruffled feathers of your nervous system may need calming. Some distortions in hearing clearly may occur from ego interference. Maintain a kindly self-vigilance.

Similar suggestions are whispered to the soul by BLACK MOON LILITH now in PISCES. From my upcoming revised edition of BLACK MOON LILITH:
Part sea-serpent, this Melusine mermaid sings songs from the ancient seas. She holds a conch-shell as her horn of plenty, calling the sound of creation from the center of the center of the galaxy, echoing everywhere in the cosmic sea. Black Moon in Pisces flows along this invisible continuum, which can be disorienting, as one is often channeling frequencies from remote sources, constantly experiencing altered space-time reality on a subliminal, superconscious level. A large part of one’s attention is elsewhere. Lilith in Pisces may feel exiled on Earth, that she operates better “out there.” This position shape-shifts quite easily, according to circumstances and the fluctuations of cosmic wave lengths.
Operating primarily on Dream Time, Pisces Black Moon can have a long, prehistoric sense of time. Ideals can be high and elusive. Artistic expression of some kind, be it color, music, images, can be a means for channeling the spiritual-magical energy, as can mysticism and meditation practice, or a blend of such contemplative activities. The body may be extra sensitive, the aetheric body expanded and more permeable to influence from many octaves.
A MYSTIC RECTANGLE
formed by this Full Moon keeps the mystical theme going. A rectangle has activated 90-degree angles like a square, except that, as astrology goes, it is made of cooperative trines and sextiles connecting the planets. As long as each planet is held in awareness, manifestation can be effortless and harmonious. The Sun in Leo and Moon in Aquarius form this mystic rectangle with Saturn in Libra and Uranus/Jupiter in Aries. Are you willing to free up your attitude and join the revolution of our collective consciousness? This Moon promotes some of the best creative expression on a social level. The last time Uranus and Jupiter entered Aries together, we experienced Woodstock and a human man-on-the-moon. So—back to the basic question of this Full Moon: what is your full-hearted role in the mix, what is your leading edge of excitement and passion? We are all heading into pristine territory. A light foot tread lets us hear the gathering support all around.
